Wahei Freiz's Totetoru series pairs cookware with a single detachable handle that locks onto any pot or pan in the set. Taking the handle off lets you bring the pot or pan straight from the stovetop to the table, and it also means the cookware fits in the oven, so you can finish a dish as a gratin without switching to another dish.
The body is an aluminum alloy with a stainless steel clad bottom, so each piece works on gas stoves as well as induction (IH) cooktops. The interior has a fluororesin nonstick coating, the exterior is finished with baked enamel, and every piece is dishwasher safe.
This set comes in a 3-piece configuration and a 5-piece configuration, each pairing a pot with one or two frying pans and a single detachable handle that fits every piece in the set.
