Wahei Freiz Tsubame Stainless Steel Petty Knife EM-065

This petty knife is from the Enzo series, created in Tsubame, Niigata, and finished by craftsmen of the Tsubame-Sanjo area, known for its metalwork. It has an overall length of 240 mm (9.4 in) and a blade length of 130 mm (5.1 in).

The blade is stainless cutlery steel, which resists rust and is easy to handle. The blade and handle are secured with three rivets, so the handle stays firmly in place for long lasting use. Made in Japan.
