This iron tempura pot with lid is part of the Tsubame-Sanjo Iimono Koji series from the Tsubame-Sanjo manufacturing region in Japan. It combines a frying pot and a tempura draining tray in one piece.
A wire on the underside of the lid lets you drain fried food, and a hood helps prevent oil splatter while cooking. Use a thermometer to check the right oil temperature for each ingredient for crisp results. The pot works on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops.
Close the lid for convenient, compact storage when not in use.
This pot is offered in two sizes: 20 cm and 24 cm.
