Wahei Freiz Tsubamesanjo Iron Tempura Pot with Lid 24cm TM-9090

This 24 cm (9.4 in) iron tempura pot with lid is part of the Tsubame-Sanjo Iimono Koji series from the Tsubame-Sanjo manufacturing region. It combines a frying pot and a tempura draining tray in one.

A wire on the underside of the lid lets you drain fried food, and a hood helps prevent oil splatter. Use a thermometer to check the right oil temperature for each ingredient for crisp results. The recommended oil amount is 1300 g (45.9 oz / 2.87 lb).

Close the lid for convenient storage. It works on induction (IH) cooktops. Made in Japan.
