Wahei Freiz Uniline Stainless Steel Tempura Crumb Skimmer UNI-25

This is the crumb skimmer from the Wahei Freiz Uniline series of stainless steel kitchen tools. It is used to scoop loose bits of batter out of oil when deep-frying tempura and other foods.

The skimmer is formed in one piece with no seams or joints, so there are no gaps where food can collect and it is easy to wash. Stainless steel is strong and resists rust, so the skimmer is made for long use.

It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
