This vegetable salad spinner dries washed greens and vegetables using centrifugal force: simply turn the handle and the spinning basket flings the water off. The handle turns in either direction, so it works equally well for right- and left-handed cooks.
A built-in drain hole lets you pour out the water without removing the lid, and a non-slip base on the bottom of the bowl keeps it steady while you work. It is useful for preparing salads, draining vegetables before stir-frying, and draining noodles or macaroni.
