This yukihira pan is designed for quick jobs such as boiling water, making soup, or blanching vegetables. Spouts on both sides let you pour with either hand.
The body is stainless steel with 16% chromium, and it works on a gas range as well as an induction (IH) cooktop, so it is not limited to one type of stove. The handle is phenolic resin, and the design has a sleeker, more Western look than a traditional yukihira pan while keeping the same shape and function.
Choose from three sizes: 16 cm, 18 cm, or 20 cm.
