Wahei Freiz Washo Oyakodon Pan with Lid 16cm Stainless Steel MA-9959

This pan is made for cooking oyakodon and katsudon rice bowls at home, finished with a soft set egg topping like you would get at a restaurant. It can also be used to create your own original egg topped rice bowl dishes.

The lid has a steam vent hole that lets excess moisture escape while cooking, and the body is made of rust resistant, durable stainless steel. It can be used on both gas stoves and induction (IH) cooktops.

The handle is set in a vertical position, making it easy to slide the toppings onto a rice bowl. It measures about 19.9 x 19.3 x 16.6 cm (7.8 x 7.6 x 6.5 in) and weighs about 302 g (10.7 oz). Made in Japan.
