This roaster is made specifically for cooking fish and works on both gas stoves and induction (IH) cooktops. Because the fish cooks inside the roaster instead of directly on the stove's built-in fish grill, the grill itself stays clean and there is less smoke and odor while cooking.
The lid traps steam inside, which helps the fish cook through evenly while staying moist, and a tempered glass window lets you check on the fish without lifting the lid. The lid and mesh have a fluororesin coating that reduces sticking, making cleanup after cooking easier.
It measures 38.5 x 29.5 x 9.5 cm (15.2 x 11.6 x 3.7 in) and weighs about 1.5 kg (3.3 lb).
