Whitesum Crimp Steamer Mesh Screen

This crimped wire mesh steamer screen fits inside a Kanto style square wooden steamer, resting on the frame to hold food above the rising steam. It is made from 18-8 stainless steel, a durable alloy that holds up well to repeated use with moisture and heat.

The crimped weave lets steam pass through evenly while still supporting food such as buns or dumplings during steaming. Please check your steamer's size before ordering, since each screen is made for a specific size of square steamer.

This screen is offered in six sizes: 1-Shaku, 1-Shaku 1-Sun, 1-Shaku 2-Sun, 1-Shaku 3-Sun, 1-Shaku 4-Sun, and 1-Shaku 5-Sun.
