This wood corner spatula from Whitesum is made in Japan from lightweight magnolia wood. It is designed for stirring, mixing, and plating, and its corner shape makes it easy to reach into the corners of pots and bowls.
Because it is a natural wood product, color, grain, and texture can vary slightly between pieces, and small marks may be present; this does not affect quality or function.
Keep the spatula away from direct sunlight and hot air, including from a dishwasher or air conditioner vent, since drying the surface too quickly can cause cracking or warping; wash by hand only. Before use, moisten the spatula with water, since using it while completely dry allows it to absorb moisture and residue from food, which makes cleaning harder.
