This slab plate keeps the natural, rounded shape of a cut log and is made from enju, a broadleaf hardwood from the legume family.
It has a matte finish over a hard, smooth wood surface, and the heartwood and sapwood show a natural color contrast. Because each plate is cut from natural wood, slight variation in dimensions from piece to piece is normal.
This plate is offered in small, medium, and large sizes.
It is made in Japan.
