This hot towel holder from Yamako is made from hinoki cypress wood, shaped to hold a single rolled hot towel, or oshibori, for serving at a table or restaurant counter.
Hinoki is valued for its light color, straight grain, and clean scent, which carries through into the finished piece.
We offer this holder in two grain patterns: a reddish grain finish known as beni-fushi, and a plain, unpatterned grain.
