This sake tasting tray holds several small cups in a row of round holes, letting you set up a side by side tasting of multiple sakes at once. It is made by Yamako in Japan.
The tray comes in two wood styles. The yakisugi version is sugi cedar finished with the traditional charring technique, giving the surface a dark, textured look. The other version is pale, unfinished spruce with a natural, light look.
We offer this tray in two sizes, with either 3 or 5 holes, and in your choice of the charred yakisugi cedar or the unfinished spruce wood finish.
