This Yoshikawa Ajiichi yukihira pot, along with its matching strainer, is made in Japan from stainless steel chosen for its resistance to corrosion.
The pot has a pour spout on each side of the rim, so it can be poured from easily whether you are right handed or left handed. It can be used on both gas and induction (IH) stovetops.
The strainer has a single handle for easy use when draining or straining ingredients, and is sized to match the corresponding pot, though it can also be used with other pots of a similar size.
This listing offers the pot in sizes from 15 cm to 24 cm, as well as matching strainers sized for the 18 cm and 20 cm pots.
