Yoshikawa Cook Easy Stainless Steel Saucepan 14cm

This Yoshikawa Cook Easy saucepan is a 14 cm (5.5 in) stainless steel pot designed for use on both gas and induction (IH) stovetops. It stands about 73 mm (2.9 in) tall and holds 1.1 liters (1.2 qt).

The body is made of 21Cr stainless steel with a 0.7 mm (0.03 in) bottom. The material is verified in Niigata Prefecture's Ken-o region, an area known for stainless steel processing in Japan, before the pot is manufactured there.

Use it for everyday stovetop cooking such as boiling, simmering, and reheating smaller portions. Made in Japan.
