This Cookluck Neo pot is made using techniques passed down from one of Japan's traditional metalworking regions. The stainless steel body is built for everyday stovetop tasks like boiling, simmering, and making sauces or soups.
The lid is glass, so you can keep an eye on what is cooking without lifting it. The handles are attached to the pot body with a wire fitting rather than standard hardware, which leaves less of a gap for dirt to collect and makes the pot easier to keep clean.
