Yoshikawa D-Shape Boil Strainer 18cm

This Yoshikawa D-shaped boil strainer is made in Japan from 18-8 stainless steel. Its D-shaped frame measures 18 cm (7.1 in) across, giving it a flat edge that rests against the side of a pot while draining boiling water from noodles, vegetables, and other boiled foods.

The strainer measures about 28.7 x 18 x 15.8 cm (11.3 x 7.1 x 6.2 in) overall and can be cleaned in the dishwasher or dish dryer.
