This grater from Yoshikawa's New Kitchen Basic line comes with a matching catch tray. The grating surface is porcelain, which resists picking up odors and stains, while the tray is a lightweight, shatter-resistant resin.
The grating surface lifts out for easy washing, and the base has a non-slip grip to keep the grater steady while you work. It makes quick work of grating apples, ginger, and other produce.
It measures about 22.7 x 15 x 4 cm (8.9 x 5.9 x 1.6 in).
