Yoshikawa Round Microwave Mochi Maker Plate White

This plate is designed to make mochi in the microwave without the mochi sticking to the surface. It is a family size plate for preparing larger batches at once.

The plate is made from polypropylene with a heat and cold resistance range of -20°C to 120°C. Two pieces of kakumochi (square-cut mochi) take about 1 minute 30 seconds to prepare, based on a 500W microwave.

It measures 25 x 25 x 2.8 cm (9.8 x 9.8 x 1.1 in) and is made in Japan.
