This Yoshikawa milk pan is made of stainless steel and designed for use on gas stovetops only. It has a pouring spout on both sides of the rim, so you can pour with either your left or right hand.
With a compact 12 cm (4.7 in) diameter, this pan is easy to handle on the stove and is well suited to warming milk, melting butter, or preparing small sauces.
