This square drying basket is made of stainless steel produced in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan. The square shape makes it easy to lay out food for air-drying and fits neatly into storage spaces when not in use.
It measures 30.5 x 29.4 x 22.6 cm (12 x 11.6 x 8.9 in) and weighs 515 grams (18.2 oz). Drying concentrates the flavor of food and can give it a different character than when fresh. A simple drying recipe guide is included, and the basket is made in Japan.
