Yoshikawa Steaming Plate with Lid for 18-20cm Pots SJ2630

This stainless steel steaming plate from Yoshikawa turns a pot you already own into a steamer. Place it inside a pot up to about 20 cm (7.9 in) in diameter, add water below, and set the included lid on top to steam vegetables, dumplings, and other foods.

The lid's knob is made of phenolic resin. Made in Japan, this steaming plate offers a simple way to add steaming to your cooking without buying a dedicated steamer pot.
