The Tuscany pasta pot from Yoshikawa is a stainless steel pot with a removable strainer insert, so draining pasta straight into the pot is quick and easy. It is sized to cook about 300 g (10.6 oz) of pasta, enough for three servings, and also works for soba or udon noodles.
Remove the insert and the pot converts into a deep pot for simmered dishes such as bouillabaisse or stew.
The pot is made of 18Cr stainless steel 0.7 mm (0.03 in) thick, has a 20 cm (7.9 in) diameter, and measures about 29.8 x 21.8 x 16 cm (11.7 x 8.6 x 6.3 in) on its own, or about 19.8 cm (7.8 in) tall with the insert and glass lid in place. A glass lid is included.
