This stir fry rice paddle from Akebono Sangyo lets you stir fry, serve and turn food with one tool. It is made of TPX, a highly water-repellent resin that is heat resistant and sturdy, so it handles cooking in a wok or frying pan.
The paddle surface has the maker's original double emboss texture. Small bumps sit on top of larger raised bumps, which reduces the contact area with food and helps keep rice and ingredients from sticking.
It weighs 30 g (1.1 oz), is dishwasher safe, and is made in Japan.
