Akebono Stir Fry Rice Paddle Spatula Clear CH-2070

This clear cooking paddle from Akebono Sangyo lets you stir-fry, serve and flip with one tool. It is made of TPX, a highly water-repellent resin.

It resists heat and is sturdy, so it handles cooking in a wok or frying pan. The paddle surface has the maker's original double emboss texture, with fine bumps on top of larger ones, which reduces contact with food and keeps it from sticking.

It weighs 30 g (1.1 oz) and is dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
