Akebono Tobidase Osushi Nigiri Sushi Mold Maker CH-2011

Tobidase Osushi is a playful nigiri sushi maker shaped like a sushi geta serving board. The sushi pops right out onto the board, and it makes 10 pieces at once. A double embossed surface keeps rice from sticking.

To use: fill the frame with sushi rice, press lightly with the press, and place your choice of topping on the rice. Move the frame onto the press and push down, and the sushi comes out sitting on the geta.

Akebono Sangyo of Tsubame, Niigata designs and manufactures plastic kitchen goods. Dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
