This sushi roll mold from Akebono Sangyo's Sushi Land series makes rolled sushi easy. Simply put rice and ingredients into the mold and press firmly to shape the roll.
The inside of the mold has the manufacturer's original double emboss texture, large bumps topped with a finer texture, which reduces contact with the rice and helps prevent sticking.
It is made of polypropylene, measures 11.9 x 6.4 x 6 cm (4.7 x 2.5 x 2.4 in), and weighs 91 g (3.2 oz / 0.20 lb). It is dishwasher safe.
