This pure copper milk pan with a lid is hand-polished by craftsmen in Tsubame, Niigata, a city with a long history of metalworking in Japan. The skills passed down through generations are used to shape copper into cookware trusted by many professional cooks.

Copper spreads heat quickly and evenly, so the pan heats food through to the center and works well for a range of cooking tasks. A polish for copper and brass is included, so the pan can be kept looking good and used for a long time with regular care.
