Azuma C Style Iron Frying Pan 20cm

This iron frying pan is part of Azuma's C-Style series, a line of pots, pans and lids designed to be combined and used for different cooking needs. It is made of iron and holds 1.6 liters (1.7 qt), suited to everyday frying and sauteing.

The pan measures 37.3 x 20.4 x 8.2 cm (14.7 x 8 x 3.2 in) and weighs 770 grams (27.2 oz / 1.70 lb), and it can be used on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops. Like the rest of the C-Style series, it can be paired with other pots and lids from the line. Made in Japan.
