Azuma Gourmet Power Iron Tamagoyaki Pan with Wood Handle

This tamagoyaki pan from Azuma's Gourmet Power series is made of iron, a material that becomes more non-stick over time as it is seasoned with use. The hammered pattern on the bottom helps keep the pan from warping and adds to its durability.

It works on a gas flame as well as induction (IH), including 200V IH, so it can be used on nearly any home stove. The handle is natural wood with a clear urethane finish, paired with an 18-8 stainless steel hanging hook. Because it is made of iron, stir-fried dishes and fried rice cook up well with even heat.

Made in Japan.
