Azuma Hammered Tempura Pot with Two Handles 20cm

This Azuma tempura pot is made from 1.2 mm (0.05 in) iron with a hammered surface, which helps reduce warping in the bottom and adds durability. It is finished with a clear lacquer coating.

The thick plate construction distributes heat evenly, which helps keep the oil at a stable temperature while frying.

It can be used on open gas flames as well as induction (IH) cooktops, including 200V IH units. This 20 cm (7.87 in) two handle pot measures 24.7 x 20.5 x 7.8 cm (9.7 x 8.1 x 3.1 in) and weighs 900 g (31.7 oz / 1.98 lb).
