Azuma Hand-Hammered Tempura Fry Pot with Rack 24cm

This tempura pot is hand-hammered from thick iron, which spreads heat evenly and helps keep the oil at a steady temperature while frying. The hammered construction also reduces warping at the base, adding to its durability.

It comes with a chrome-plated draining rack that rests on the rim, so you can set fried food over the pot to drain excess oil. The pot measures 25 x 24 x 9.8 cm (9.8 x 9.4 x 3.9 in) and works on gas stoves as well as induction (IH) cooktops. It is made in Japan.
