Azuma SALUS Silicone Spatula Large White

This silicone spatula from Azuma's SALUS line is made of silicone rubber rated for heat up to 250°C (482°F), paired with a polypropylene handle rated to 110°C (230°F). It is useful for stirring, scraping, and folding ingredients in pots, bowls, and pans without scratching cookware surfaces.

This is the large size, measuring 36.5 x 7 cm (14.4 x 2.8 in), and comes in white. It is made in Japan.
