Azuma SALUS Silicone Spatula Medium White

This silicone spatula from Azuma's SALUS line is made of silicone rubber rated for heat up to 250°C (482°F), paired with a polypropylene handle rated to 110°C (230°F). It is useful for stirring, scraping, and folding ingredients in pots, bowls, and pans without scratching cookware surfaces.

This is the medium size, measuring 27.5 x 5.8 cm (10.8 x 2.3 in), and comes in white. It is made in Japan.
