Azuma Strained Yogurt Maker Pot with Stainless Steel Strainer

This pot is designed for making strained yogurt at home. Plain yogurt is placed in the stainless steel strainer insert, and as the whey drains off, the remaining yogurt becomes thicker and richer, similar in texture to cream cheese or Greek-style yogurt.

The strained yogurt can be eaten on its own or used as an ingredient in other dishes and desserts. The whey that drains out is nutrient-rich and can be mixed with fruit juice to make a drink or added to cooking.
