Benriner Classic Japanese Mandoline Slicer 64mm, Ivory, Made in Japan

The Benriner Classic is the basic model of the Japanese mandoline slicer made by Benriner in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi. Turn the screw to set the slice thickness, then slice vegetables with the straight blade or swap in one of the three comb blades for julienne strips.

The simple body comes apart easily for washing. Because of the way the board is built, the left and right sides of a slice can differ very slightly in thickness. A hand guard is included for safe slicing.

Wash by hand with a soft sponge and dry well after use. Take care when handling the blades, as they are very sharp.
