Benriner Classic Japanese Mandoline Slicer 64mm with Tray, Green, Made in Japan

This is the Benriner Classic mandoline slicer with its own catch tray. The slicer sits on the tray, so slices fall straight into it and the slicer stays steady while you work.

Turn the screw to set the slice thickness, and swap between the straight blade and the three comb blades for slices or julienne strips. Because of the way the board is built, the left and right sides of a slice can differ very slightly in thickness. A hand guard is included.
