Fuji Cutlery MV Color Petty Utility Knife Black 120mm CR-0801BK

This is a Petty utility knife from Fuji Cutlery's MV Color series, a long-selling line that has been used for many years in school lunch centers, bento box factories, and deep-fried food specialty shops across Japan. This knife comes with a black handle, one of six handle colors offered in the series so a kitchen can assign a different color to each type of food for HACCP-compatible sanitary management. The slip-resistant thermoplastic elastomer handle is comfortable to hold and easy to clean.

The blade and handle are joined using insert molding, a process that fuses metal and resin into one piece with no gap between them. This keeps out water more reliably than knives held together with rivets.

The blade is made of high-quality molybdenum vanadium steel, chosen for its resistance to rust and chipping along with long-lasting sharpness, and the knife is made in Japan to meet the demanding standards of commercial food preparation.
