Henckels Lost Fly Chef's Knife

This Western-style kitchen knife is part of the long-running Henckels Rostfrei line, first introduced in 1973 and still one of the brand's best-selling series. It keeps its classic, understated design, with a straight handle shaped with a slightly more modern feel.

The blade is made from a special stainless cutlery steel, honed to a razor edge.

It has a 180 mm (7.1 inch) blade and weighs about 110 g (3.9 oz / 0.24 lb). It is dishwasher safe, and it can be sharpened with the Henckels knife sharpener or any ZWILLING sharpening tool. Made in Japan.
