Henckels Lost Fly Petty Knife 15cm

This small knife is part of the long-running Henckels Rostfrei line, first introduced in 1973 and still one of the brand's best-selling series. It keeps its classic, understated design, with a straight handle shaped with a slightly more modern feel.

The blade is made from a special stainless cutlery steel, honed to a razor edge, while the handle is POM resin, chosen for a durable, impact- and wear-resistant feel.

The knife has a 150 mm (5.9 inch) blade and weighs about 127 g (4.5 oz / 0.28 lb). It is dishwasher safe, and it can be sharpened with the Henckels knife sharpener or any ZWILLING sharpening tool. Made in Japan.
