The Hokuriku Aluminum Echalote saucepan is a 20 cm (7.9 in) single-handled aluminum pot made in Japan, part of the Echalote series. Its long handle lets you hold the pan with one hand while stirring or pouring, suiting everyday tasks such as boiling, simmering sauces, or cooking soup for the family.

With the handle included, the saucepan measures 36.6 x 21.3 x 9.7 cm (14.4 x 8.4 x 3.8 in), and the lightweight aluminum body heats quickly on the stovetop.
