Hokuriku Aluminum Shallot Two-Handle Pot 20cm

The Hokuriku Aluminum Echalote two-handled pot is a 20 cm (7.9 in) aluminum cooking pot made in Japan, part of the Echalote series. The two side handles make it easy to lift, carry to the sink, and pour from, which suits everyday cooking tasks such as boiling, simmering, and making soup.

With its handles included, the pot measures 35 x 27 x 16 cm (13.8 x 10.6 x 6.3 in), giving it enough depth for larger batches while still being easy to store.
