Kyocera Adjustable Ceramic Mandoline Slicer CSN-182WHP

This Kyocera slicer uses a fine ceramic blade, designed to cut lightly, quickly, and cleanly. The slicer adjusts across three thickness settings, 0.5 mm (0 in), 1.3 mm (0.1 in), and 2.0 mm (0.1 in), so you can switch thickness depending on what you are slicing.

It works well on onions, cucumbers, bell peppers, and cabbage, and makes shredding cabbage into thin strips simple. It measures 27.7 x 9.2 x 2.4 cm (10.9 x 3.6 x 0.9 in) and weighs 100 g (3.5 oz). Made in Japan.
