Maruyama Giken Kourikka Yukihira Saucepan Induction Compatible 22cm KRY-22

This yukihira-style saucepan is made by skilled artisans in the snow country of Echigo, Niigata, using techniques passed down through generations. It has a simple design meant for long, everyday use as a one-handed pan. The natural wood handle gives it a stable, comfortable grip, and the hammered surface finish gives each pan a handmade texture. The inside of the pan has measurement markings, which make it easy to check liquid levels while cooking.

This 22 cm (8.7 in) size measures 40 x 23 x 13 cm (15.7 x 9.1 x 5.1 in), stands about 90 mm (3.5 in) tall, and weighs 685 g (24.2 oz / 1.51 lb). It holds about 3 L (3.2 qt) when filled to the brim. The pan can be used on a gas stove as well as induction (IH) and CH cooktops.
