Odajima 18-8 Stainless Steel Oil Pot with Activated Carbon Filter 1.1L

This oil pot lets you filter used cooking oil with an activated carbon cartridge so it can be used again. The activated carbon absorbs odors and residue from the oil, and a single cartridge is good for roughly 5 to 10 uses, making the oil last longer and go further.

The wide opening makes it easy to pour oil in quickly. An upper strainer screen catches larger bits of tempura batter and similar debris, while a second screen underneath, fitted with the activated carbon, removes finer residue and odor.

The body is made of stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, and the spout is shaped to pour cleanly without dripping.
