Pearl Metal Cook Palace 3-Layer Bottom Induction Pot 20cm HB-2528

This pot from Pearl Metal's Cook Palace series works on gas, induction (IH), halogen heaters, and other heat sources.

The body is stainless steel with an aluminum-clad bottom sandwiched between layers of stainless steel, which helps the pot heat evenly, resist scorching, and retain heat well. The handle attaches with a wire fitting designed to reduce heat transfer from the pot to the handle. The handle and lid knob are made of phenolic resin (heat resistant to 150°C / 302°F), with a nylon knob base plate (heat resistant to 180°C / 356°F).

This is a standard size for an average household, suited for 3 to 5 servings. It measures about 33.5 x 22 x 15 cm (13.2 x 8.7 x 5.9 in), with a pot rim height of about 10.2 cm (4 in), and weighs 1 kg (2.2 lb).
