This Cook Palace pot (HB-2528) from Pearl Metal is a two-handled pot made for everyday cooking on gas, induction (IH), and halogen heat sources.

The bottom has a thick three-layer structure that sandwiches heat-conductive aluminum between layers of stainless steel. This helps the pot heat evenly, resist scorching, and hold warmth well after cooking.

The handles attach with a wire fitting that keeps heat from the pot from transferring directly into the grip. This is a standard size for a general household, with enough capacity for 3 to 5 servings. The pot measures 35.5 x 24 x 17 cm (14 x 9.4 x 6.7 in) and weighs 1.2 kg (2.6 lb), with a rim height of 10.2 cm (4 in).
