Pearl Metal Hot Grill Ceramic-Coated Large Crimped Fish Grill HB-6036

This fish grill from Pearl Metal is designed for easy, no-fuss grilling of fish and other foods over a gas burner. The crimped grilling net has a fluororesin-containing silicone resin coating, so food releases easily and cleanup is simple. The tight crimped pattern also keeps small pieces of food from falling through during cooking.

A ceramic insert in the body uses radiant heat to cook food through evenly. The grill measures approximately 37.5 x 27 x 5 cm (14.8 x 10.6 x 2 in) and is for use on a gas stove only.

This grill is not compatible with gas stoves that have a Si sensor. Using it on one may cause the burner to shut off partway through cooking, or dirt buildup that prevents the sensor from reading the temperature correctly, which can lead to malfunction.
