This fish grill from Pearl Metal is designed for easy, no-fuss grilling over a gas burner. The crimped grilling net has a fluororesin-containing silicone resin coating, so food releases easily and cleanup is simple. The tight crimped pattern keeps small pieces of food from falling through, and the net is shaped to avoid soiling the sensor area of the stove.

It measures approximately 34.5 x 23.5 x 2.5 cm (13.6 x 9.3 x 1 in) and is for use on a gas stove only; do not use it with any other heat source. On gas stoves with a Si sensor, use a high-temperature cooking setting, such as a high-temp mode, broil, or high-temp stir-fry function. Without one of these settings, the burner may run at a lower flame and shut off partway through cooking.
